Date Night: Bar Cicotti Dinner & Curator Tour of "Many Wests"

We can't think of a better way to spend a Tuesday evening! Join us at Bar Cicotti for a pre-fixe 3-course Italian dinner and glass of wine, followed by a Curator tour by the Museum's Curator of Art.

From the owner of Storia Cucina and Bar Cicotti, chef Jonathan Cicotti creates recipes rooted in his Italian family’s traditions from Cento in Northern Italy. Follow up this experience of taste buds by joining Museum Curator of Art Amy Chaloupka in the Lightcatcher lobby to begin a tour of the exhibition "Many Wests: Artists Shape an American Idea" for an experience of the mind.

Chaloupka, who organized this exhibition in collaboration with the Smithsonian American Art Museum and three other art museums from the West will share insights on specific artworks, artists, and themes in the show. You won't want to miss this.

Dinner and tours are limited to 10 people (capacity may increase June-Aug. to 20 people). Tickets are $70/person Non-members; $60/person Museum Members

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
