Tai Chi Flow

Rooted in the graceful Yang-style 24 forms, this class also incorporates joyful group play, partner work, and guided exploration to help you move from your own inner wisdom. Whether you're new to Tai Chi or returning to the path, this practice offers a steady foundation for cultivating grounded peace, vitality, and ease—in both body and spirit. Spring Chun Cheng is the co-founder of Dancing Tao Tai Chi School and has been practicing Tai Chi for three decades.
