Tai Chi Flow

Nourish your nervous system and awaken your vitality! Experience a gentle, empowering practice that activates your body’s natural capacity to heal while nourishing the nervous system. Through movement, breath, and intention, Tai Chi Flow supports you in finding balance from within. Rooted in the graceful Yang-style 24 forms, this class also incorporates joyful group play, partner work, and guided exploration to help you move from your own inner wisdom. Whether you're new to Tai Chi or returning to the path, this practice offers a steady foundation for cultivating grounded peace, vitality, and ease—in both body and spirit. Spring Chun Cheng is the co-founder of Dancing Tao Tai Chi School and has been practicing Tai Chi for three decades.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
