The final 2.7-mile section of Mount Baker Highway (SR 542), known as the road to Artist Point, is now closed for the winter season.

Birch Bay Trick-or-Treat

📍New Location: Birch Bay Activity Center Gym @ 7511 Gemini Street

Bring the whole family to Birch Bay for Trick-or-Treat, a beloved community Halloween event hosted by the Birch Bay Chamber of Commerce. This year's festivities take place on Saturday, October 25th, 2025 from 3:00 - 5:00 PM.

Visit over 30 treat stations! Dress in your favorite costume, enjoy spooky decorations and family-friendly fun, games and candy aplenty. 

Organized in partnership with Blaine-Birch Bay Parks & Recreation District and Friends of Birch Bay Library.
