The Lighthouse Bar & Grill at Hotel Bellwether in Bellingham, WA is thrilled to announce the release of their new summer menu. The waterfront restaurant leads the region in serving fine Northwest cuisine specializing in meticulously chosen and locally sourced ingredients. Executive Chef Michael Grogan has created a delicious selection of menu items ranging from land to ocean. New featured dinner items include a Baked Brie starter wrapped in phyllo with a house made jam, Alaskan Halibut with a truffled celery root puree, and a tender Maine Lobster Tail. Gluten-free Blueberry Pancakes are a special new breakfast item and the Seafood Panzanella Salad and Clam and Prawn Linguini are just a couple of the delicious new items one will find on the lunch menu. The restaurant has expanded its Lounge menu with fun, gluten free items such as Moroccan Lamb Lollipops and an enticing Pulled Pork Sandwich featuring a Carolina style BBQ sauce.
