38th Annual Fairhaven Neighbors Plant Sale

This one-day extravaganza offers shoppers the chance to purchase beautiful plants and other garden items directly from a variety of community-minded local and regional growers.

Garden lovers will find a huge range of perennials, veggie starts, specialty grasses, carnivorous plants, ornamentals, trees, native plants, bonsai, herbs, berries, bamboo, and much more.

Vendors donate a portion of sales to Fairhaven Neighbors, which in turn uses proceeds for neighborhood projects and to help support other local non-profits. Additional beneficiaries of last year’s sale were Friends of the Family Resource Center, HomesNow, and the Bellingham Food Bank.

Admission is free and everyone is welcome to attend (please pay individual vendors). Street parking is available as well as the large parking lot in front of the church at 1400 Larrabee Ave. Fairhaven Neighbors would like to thank Hillcrest Church for sharing its space for this one-day only, rain or shine event.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
