Intermediate Wheel Throwing

REGISTRATION DEADLINE Wednesday, April 29, 12:00pm

Wheel throwing class for intermediate and advanced potters. Students will learn how to make larger bowls, bottles, pitchers and lidded vessels. Efficient techniques in pulling and trimming will be explained. Expect to use 2–5 pounds of clay per vessel. Dive deeper into the glaze process by using washes, wax resist and/or underglazes or even try the spray booth. Students will be encouraged to put several pieces in the reduction gas kiln.
