Print & Paint with Natural Dyes

In this hands-on, two-day workshop, you’ll explore the beautiful world of natural dyes while creating one-of-a-kind cotton napkins and bandanas. On day one, you’ll use wood stamps and brushes to apply mordant paste to pre-scoured fabric, designing patterns that set the stage for rich, lasting color. On day two, the real transformation begins as your pieces are dipped into a variety of natural dye baths, revealing an organic spectrum of earthy, unexpected hues.
Come get a little messy, experiment with process, and leave with unique, wearable (and usable!) works of art—no experience needed, just curiosity and a love of color.
