River Walk - Salmon & Beaver Habitats and Ecology with Northwest Natura

Walk along the Nooksack River and learn to identify beaver tracks, feeding sign, and habitat while learning about their behaviors and ecology. We’ll also discuss salmon habitat, runs, and ecology while we enjoy the views of the beautiful Nooksack River. 

We’ll talk about whatever other tracks we find once we get our primary lesson completed. This 3-hour course will enhance your ecological awareness and give you something to look for the next time you visit the riverside. 

River Walks with Northwest Natura are a wonderful way to meet new people or sign up to do something fun with your friend(s). Space is limited.
