Monday Night Dance w/ The Bellingham Embodiment Collective

Conscious dance led by a rotating list of facilitators. There are no steps to follow! These classes encourage you to follow your body's impulses for movement. Dance alone or with others. All experience levels welcome. Dance modalities include Open Floor, Azul, 5 Rhythms, and more!
