Equinox Sound Journey

The energy of the fall equinox marks a time of transition, awakening our senses to the seasonal and energetic shift of nature’s rhythm. The equinox is a time to pause, to let go, (re)balance and (re)center, and shift with the seasonal energy. Kristi will offer a meditative soundscape to help you dive inward and enter deep listening and renewal.

Our time together is designed to gather the vibrant energy of autumn and cultivate deep relaxation in your mind, your body, and your heart - to breathe more deeply, more fully - with more ease and presence. For your maximum comfort, please bring cushioning/padding to remain comfortable while reclined on the floor, a cozy blanket for warmth, and a small pillow.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
