Washington's Mount Baker having a banner year with snowfall

Mt. Baker Ski Area has more than 36 feet of snow this season, making it one of the snowiest ski area in North America.  Mt. Baker is having a banner year, reaching 437 inches of snow by Feb. 20. That's more than 36 feet of fresh snowfall.  Baker is well on track to reach the annual average snowfall, which is 663 inches or just over 55 feet.
